Men unable to urinate in a urinal or among other men are said to suffer from "paruresis" and I suspect like many afflictions killing humanity softly that it is completely modern and therefore caused by misguided progress. Nevertheless, inquiring minds would like to know if it is a symptom of species extinction as described here? I suspect shy bladder syndrome is indeed a symptom of extinction by infertility stalking the great nations and perhaps particular to America. I am not sure and hold it as a possibility.
